1. "Alert Message Module" allows you to define the limit of when you should receive an alert to top up your balance amount. This is only applicable for prepaid users.

2. A reminder can be sent to a maximum of 3 different mobile numbers.

3. Every day, the system performs checking for the balance limit threshold at 9am (GMT +8). In order for you to enable the alert notification, check the on the checkbox. Then click "Submit".

4. Prepaid reseller will have the option to receive the daily balance email notification everyday, at 9am. The email will contain:

   1. Mutiuser's Master Account Balance
   2. Sub-User's Account Balance

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      This is to inform that your SMS account balance is MYR XXXX as of hh:mm am/pm dd-mmm-yyyyy.

      The account balance of your sub-users are as below:

      

      Should you wish to top-up the amount, please do not hesitate to contact the respective Account Manager.

      The Administrator.
      [This is a computer generated email, please do not reply.]

5. Once the limit threshold is reached, one SMS alert will be triggered per day. The SMS is sent to the mobile numbers once a day for a maximum of 3 consecutive days.

6. 6. If you have topped up within 3 days, the SMS alert will no longer be triggered. This function remains enabled for the next cycle.

7. 7. If you do not top up by the end of the third day, the function will be disabled automatically. The checking and sending of SMS/MMS alerts will not be performed after the feature is disabled.

Note:

1. Alert triggers will always be sent out using SMS and deducted from the user’s SMS wallet.
2. In the event of insufficient SMS amount, MMS will be used and the appropriate amount will be deducted accordingly.
3.  Email address maximum length: 255 characters.
4.  No decimals for low balance alert.
