- The Site fully supports IE (Internet Explorer) browser.
- For Message Box versus CRM Module:
- The MO variable with ‘Any’ format setting only able to export into CRM data field type (in Text format).
- The MO variable with ‘Alphanumeric/Alphabet’ format setting only able to export into CRM data field type (in Text format).
- The MO variable with ‘Numeric’ format setting only able to export into CRM data field type (in Numeric format).
- The MO record log for Singapore Message Box Module shall be updated ONE day after the transaction is carried out.
- No reporting log shall be provided for email delivery and CRM Module shall not take any responsibility on email delivery from the connected SMTP server.

- Mobile Broadcast module DOES NOT support sending to Group Names with space in between.
- Duplication of Mobile No. checking is not available for Personalized Message file during uploading process.
- Scheduled SMS event(s) will NOT be affected if the case falls under ‘account suspended due to a maximum of 3 invalid login attempts’.
- SMTP connection test result is only means to test the accuracy of the connected 3rd party SMTP configuration setting during the event setup time. The event owner shall take responsibility to update the setting of the connected SMTP server if changes are made thereafter.
- For security issue, no MES IP address shall be provided to the connected SMTP server which has enable the relay restriction to only permit access from IP addresses within the private sub-net. (We recommend the usage of public used SMTP server for email connection purpose).
